Returns & Refund Policy

At Safety Sign Printing, we take pride in the quality of our products and service. However, we understand that on rare occasions, issues may arise. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to the terms below.

Reporting an Issue

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this period, we cannot guarantee resolution, as acceptance of the delivery implies the product was received in satisfactory condition.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The product is received with poor print quality
  • The sign was printed in an incorrect size based on your original order

Damaged Packages

If the packaging appears visibly damaged upon delivery, you are advised not to accept the parcel. Accepting a damaged package confirms that you have received the goods in an acceptable condition. Any claims made after accepting damaged goods may be rejected.

Delivery Delays & Cancellations

If your order is delayed before dispatch and you no longer wish to proceed, please contact us immediately for a cancellation and refund. Do not accept the delivery if it arrives after you’ve requested cancellation.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the item has been dispatched. In such cases, we will provide full proof of timely dispatch upon request. These courier-related delays are not grounds for refunds.

Return Process & Costs

If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

  • All returned goods must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
  • Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part (e.g. incorrect item or printing mistake).

Fraud Prevention

To ensure transparency and protect both parties, all outgoing parcels are weighed and inspected before dispatch. Any attempt to submit fraudulent claims will result in immediate investigation and may lead to legal action.

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the total value of your order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from product use, delivery delay, or misapplication of signage.

Payment Disputes

If you choose to raise a payment dispute through platforms such as PayPal or your card provider, please note that any outcome will be based on the final decision made by those platforms. We will cooperate fully with their investigation and provide all relevant documentation.
